Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in fast food or casual dining management
  • knowledge of food safety and health standards
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to handle physical aspects of the job including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • strong understanding of financial management including labor and food cost controls
  • excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • knowledge of food safety and health code regulations
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and develop employees
  • competency in inventory and supply chain management

Job Duties

  • Control day-to-day operations by tracking restaurant labor and product costs to meet targets
  • order food, paper, and supplies, maintain proper inventory levels, and control waste
  • follow published procedures for receiving, preparing, holding, packing, and serving products
  • ensure well-trained and productive staffing levels are maintained to comply with service expectations while not exceeding set labor targets
  • maintain exceptional levels of quality, customer service, cleanliness, and other factors that impact the guest experience
  • participate and ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs and efforts
  • control profit and loss by following cash control, security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
