- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle fast paced environment
- willingness to undergo background check

- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and communication skills
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant operation
- ensure restaurant meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor progress of departmental goals
- provide direction to improve departments
