Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and maintain composure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and company software
- Must pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate a positive can-do attitude
- Must be able to evaluate and select courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must have good communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and use relevant technology for each role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests by name and smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform with nametag and maintain a positive demeanor
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Conduct daily walks including guest rooms and public areas to ensure service and cleanliness
- Verify adherence to cleanliness standards on room inspection checklist
- Onboard new team members according to checklist
- Complete all daily summary and night audit processes per policy
- Start and complete shift handover reports
- Upload daily reports to MCR report storage platform
- Oversee adherence to brand quality assurance and service standards
- Conduct self-audits and implement corrections from regional audits
- Enforce attire standards including uniforms and guest greeting
- Certify that fire and life safety inspections are current and deficiencies corrected
- Confirm completion and quality of preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure team members adhere to work schedules and displace shifts as needed
- Foster a culture of learning and safety
- Train staff for required expertise

- Review previous day time clock punches per policy
- Process purchase orders and invoices accurately
