Job Requirements

  • HSD or GED preferred
  • Passion for helping and serving others customers and fellow team members
  • 1+ years experience leading, motivating and or developing others or US military service
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, crew and manager work
  • Plan for success by leading people processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing, and performance management
  • Train, coach and motivate team members
  • Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering and costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet excellence standards
