Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of related restaurant management experience
  • availability to work at least 48 hours per week
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • compliance with all federal, state and local regulations
  • demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

  • valid authorization to work
  • willingness to work in moderate noise and occasionally outdoor conditions

Job Duties

  • Instill mission statement and daily directives in each employee
  • ensure efficient and effective restaurant operation within fiscal and operational guidelines
  • ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
  • develop initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts
  • maintain effective cost controls
  • develop guest-oriented quality, service and cleanliness action plans
  • ensure safety and security systems are followed
  • ensure secure handling and transportation of funds
  • maintain physical and aesthetic standards of the restaurant
  • ensure menu items follow recipes and plating standards
  • utilize food production and inventory tools
  • maintain knowledge of recipes, products and procedures
