Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of related restaurant management experience
- availability to work at least 48 hours per week
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- compliance with all federal, state and local regulations
- demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

- valid authorization to work
- willingness to work in moderate noise and occasionally outdoor conditions

Job Duties
- Instill mission statement and daily directives in each employee
- ensure efficient and effective restaurant operation within fiscal and operational guidelines
- ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
- develop initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts
- maintain effective cost controls
- develop guest-oriented quality, service and cleanliness action plans
- ensure safety and security systems are followed
- ensure secure handling and transportation of funds
- maintain physical and aesthetic standards of the restaurant
- ensure menu items follow recipes and plating standards
- utilize food production and inventory tools
- maintain knowledge of recipes, products and procedures
