Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in food service or related industry
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- Capability to maintain constant communication and work in tight spaces
- Must be able to bend, reach overhead, sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- Must maintain a safe working environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multi-faceted operations including staffing, inventory, and labor

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused service
- Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- Develop self and others through coaching and training
- Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- Implement regular people planning and corrective actions
- Create a customer-first culture by inspiring teams to say yes to guests
- Foster collaboration and work with others to achieve group success
- Adapt to change and solve problems with an open-minded approach
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
