Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years restaurant experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience required
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to safety and compliance with health regulations
- Eligibility to serve alcohol if applicable under state laws for manager positions
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staff supervision
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance and manage discipline and termination
- Build a positive restaurant culture and enhance employee engagement
- Coach and mentor staff to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with duties as necessary
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and maximize table turnover
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local health and safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors and maintain cleanliness standards
- Control cash procedures, inventory, and review financial reports
- Manage P&L including food and labor costs
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Optimize employee scheduling and labor costs
- Oversee restaurant equipment usage and facility maintenance
- Perform all other assigned duties
