Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- ability to work various shifts and weekends
- comply with state mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- ability to stand and walk long periods without rest
- ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for handling
- ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- visual capabilities including close, distance, peripheral, color vision and depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- able to comply with safety and sanitation protocols
- able to make decisions under established policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and variances to management team
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with duties when needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control cash/security procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
- manage food, labor, and carryout costs
- conduct weekly inventory process
- optimize weekly employee schedules using labor scheduling tools
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform other duties as assigned
