Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel operations
- proven track record in financial management and budget oversight
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead diverse teams and foster inclusive culture
- experience in strategic planning and business development
- strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- a minimum of 2+ years experience as a General Manager in a lifestyle hotel or high-profile 4- or 5-star property within a major cultural hub
- proven experience curating high-energy environments integrating nightlife, gastronomy, and artistic expression
- strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue management and market trend analysis
- experience working in New York City union environment preferred
- experience leading complex, multi-outlet food and beverage operations
- deep understanding of evolving culinary trends
- visionary approach to hotel programming and guest experience design
- passion for arts, music, and entertainment industries with record of integrating cultural narratives
- exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop diverse high-performing teams
- strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- vibrant, social personality with ability to engage guests and create community
- adaptability to non-traditional work schedules including late nights
Job Duties
