Job Requirements

  • Background check required
  • ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside of the store, operating mechanical controls
  • full-time work schedule including weekends
  • reliable transportation
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • willing to work regularly in person

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
  • operations experience in a leadership capacity
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
  • must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)

Job Duties

  • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
  • coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
  • lead team in identifying local marketing strategies and business-to-business partnerships
  • examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and assess risk
  • enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws
  • supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
  • conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
