Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling is preferred
- able to work varied shifts including weekends
- able to stand and walk for entire shifts
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to bend, stoop, reach, and handle objects
- able to communicate verbally
- able to see with close, distance, color, peripheral vision
- able to freely access all restaurant areas
- compliant with all safety, health, and company policies

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- appraise employee performance and administer discipline including termination
- shape and maintain positive restaurant culture
- mentor and coach team members
- communicate sales performance and company initiatives
- assist team members with job duties when needed
- champion sales building activities
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- enforce OSHA, health and safety policies
- maintain food and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, and financial reports
- manage P&L including food, labor, and controllable costs
- oversee weekly inventory and portion control
- optimize employee scheduling
- ensure proper use of equipment
- maintain facility and assets
- perform additional duties as assigned
