Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Six plus years of experience as a General Manager or two plus years as General Manager over two or more hotels
  • Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel
  • Extensive rooms and/or food and beverage experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems
  • Willingness to relocate

Job Qualifications

  • Six plus years of experience as a General Manager or two plus years as General Manager over two or more hotels
  • Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel
  • Extensive rooms and or food and beverage experience to manage all aspects of hotel operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems
  • Willingness to relocate

Job Duties

  • Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets
  • Lead associates to meet Atrium's service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences
  • Utilize brand tools creatively to meet current and future guest expectations
  • Ensure preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems
  • Manage loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety
  • Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace Atrium's core values
