Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a variety of hours including days, nights and weekends within your metro area
  • Stand or walk up to 10 hours per shift and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Perform bending, stooping and occasional ladder use
  • Willingness to work at least 45 hours per week including some evenings and weekends

  • Resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a self-starting work ethic
  • Organizational and numerical skills to manage budgets, inventory, and schedules
  • Proficiency with technology including scheduling software, spreadsheets, and POS systems
  • Enthusiasm for guest service and commitment to providing a premier product
  • Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management or shift-lead role in full-service, casual dining or quick-service settings

Job Duties

  • Lead the team and build culture by recruiting, training, and developing high-performing staff
  • Coach and appraise staff and build succession plans for team members
  • Drive results and manage operations by meeting sales and profit goals through labor and inventory management
  • Oversee in-store operations including staffing, food safety, merchandising, equipment maintenance, cash handling, and waste control
  • Develop the team by utilizing training materials and maintaining a presence on the floor
  • Motivate staff to meet sales and performance goals and foster a fun, energetic workplace
  • Ensure quality and compliance by maintaining a clean and safe restaurant that meets brand standards and passes audits
  • Monitor budgets, control prime costs, prepare promotional displays to maximize profitability
  • Address customer complaints to recover guest satisfaction and build loyalty
  • Adapt and execute tasks in fast-paced, high-stress situations and stay current with emerging technologies and concepts
  • Achieve performance metrics including sales-driven KPIs, inventory variance, and labor goals
  • Submit weekly reports and maintain progress scoreboards
