Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or related field preferred
- Ability to participate in on-site training
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Competency in managing budgets and financial reports
- Understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Participate in a hands-on training program at a Hooters location to learn systems, leadership approach, and operations standards
- Continue gaining management experience at Hooters while preparing for promotion
- Transition to Lil Ricci's as General Manager overseeing daily operations, team development, and guest experience
- Manage budgets, profit and loss, and cost control to drive profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
- Handle inventory, vendor relations, and purchasing
