Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Handler Certification required or obtainable during onboarding
- Experience using a computer and POS system
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must understand good hygiene and food handling practices
- Spanish speaking preferred

Job Duties
- Acts with integrity and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, and scheduling team members
- Manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
- Communicate operational and human resources issues with District Manager
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards
- Track inventory and maintain accurate records
- Identify and resolve food preparation and customer service issues
