Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in full service restaurant and food service operations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in business math and accounting
  • Experience with POS register systems
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Capability to handle physical demands including walking, bending, standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the center including floor management, scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
  • Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular management meetings to review performance and adjust action plans
  • Maintain high team morale and address center-level HR or loss prevention issues promptly
  • Ensure overall guest service goals are met and customer complaints resolved appropriately
  • Oversee and expand the center’s Food and Beverage program maintaining high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
