Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in full service restaurant and food service operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to manage multiple departments and teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in business math and accounting
- Experience with POS register systems
- Ability to foster a positive team environment
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Capability to handle physical demands including walking, bending, standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties
- Develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center including floor management, scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular management meetings to review performance and adjust action plans
- Maintain high team morale and address center-level HR or loss prevention issues promptly
- Ensure overall guest service goals are met and customer complaints resolved appropriately
- Oversee and expand the center’s Food and Beverage program maintaining high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
