Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years of experience as a restaurant manager
- ServSafe certification
- valid driver's license
- basic computer skills
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to motivate and coach staff effectively
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to handle administrative tasks and financial operations
- strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- availability to participate in a four-week training program in St. Louis
Job Qualifications
- Two years of experience as a restaurant manager with experience in all areas of restaurant operations, management, and administration
- knowledge of guest service, food handling and sanitation, and the restaurant industry
- ServSafe certification
- valid driver's license

- financial understanding of restaurant operations
- ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations typically obtained through completion of high school
Job Duties
- Ensure menu items are correctly made to recipe and attractively presented
- forecast food production and implement the Food Production system
- receive and store products properly to ensure quality and freshness
- assist in ensuring guest satisfaction and increase guest count
- manage shifts in absence of higher management
- create a hassle-free dining experience for guests
- maintain health department and company sanitation standards
- obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- complete daily paperwork and follow cash control guidelines
- participate in physical inventory counts
- comply with corporate and government reporting
- forecast sales and provide related communication
- assist in recruiting and maintaining employee records
- manage staff with motivational techniques
- participate in training and disciplinary processes
- lead by example by greeting guests warmly and handling complaints
- ensure compliance with OSHA and safety programs
- respond calmly and effectively to emergencies
- conduct termination reports and exit interviews
- foster an attractive, caring work environment with high morale
- uphold company's mission, values, and ethics in all actions
