Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years restaurant management preferred
- Knowledge of safety and health codes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage financial aspects including P&L
- Availability for varied shifts and weekends

- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA, health, and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance
- Reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate programs to staff
- Assist team members with tasks as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work practices
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Review financial reports and take appropriate actions

- Follow portion control and recipe adherence
- Optimize weekly employee schedules
