Job Duties
- Provide quality products that meet company standards and reflect customer orders
- professionally respond to customer concerns or issues promptly
- solicit and utilize customer feedback to improve operations
- communicate and promote quality standards using company tools
- actively recruit customer focused team members
- maintain adequate staffing and conduct effective training
- establish performance expectations and conduct reviews
- document performance issues and take appropriate disciplinary actions
- coach and develop team members to ensure a quality and customer focused team
- manage sales goals against budget and prior year
- build check averages through team training on products and sales techniques
- execute creative local marketing and community engagement
- manage profit goals and correct budget deviations using FOCUS System
- oversee food, labor, and controllable costs
- perform administrative and cash management duties
- plan and manage inventory levels to meet sales and minimize loss
- ensure restaurant cleanliness, proper equipment operation, and safety and security standards
- oversee preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
