Job Duties

  • Provide quality products that meet company standards and reflect customer orders
  • professionally respond to customer concerns or issues promptly
  • solicit and utilize customer feedback to improve operations

  • maintain adequate staffing and conduct effective training
  • establish performance expectations and conduct reviews

  • execute creative local marketing and community engagement

  • oversee food, labor, and controllable costs

  • plan and manage inventory levels to meet sales and minimize loss
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness, proper equipment operation, and safety and security standards
  • oversee preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
