Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant
- Ability to lead, train and develop staff effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management and back-of-house systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest and employee concerns with tact and professionalism
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel if necessary
- Capability to move and lift weights up to 50 pounds

- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
- Skilled in leading and developing teams
- Experienced with inventory and BOH systems
Job Duties
- Lead and direct all facets of a restaurant's business, ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day and long-term operations
- Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties
- Assist and financials / statement preparation
- Assist the GM with customer service inquiries
- Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts, ensuring an exceptional guest and employee experience
- Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams while fostering our Culture of Caring
- Respond immediately and effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback
- Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business in support of financial goals
- Partner with GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all BOH employees and teams as needed
- Perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage and restaurant supplies and track high cost items
