Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field
- previous hotel management experience required
- Marriott experience preferred
- ability to lead and mentor diverse teams
- strong financial acumen
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
- willingness to travel occasionally

- Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team

- oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
- implement best practices to maintain quality and safety standards
- foster continuous learning and professional development among employees
