Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field
  • previous hotel management experience required
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • ability to lead and mentor diverse teams
  • strong financial acumen
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • willingness to travel occasionally

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team

  • monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • implement best practices to maintain quality and safety standards
  • foster continuous learning and professional development among employees
