Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Physical and or medical requirements
- Ability to obtain Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
- Minimum 5-day, 50-hour work week availability
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation as business needs require
- Ability to work anywhere on the island
- Strong compliance with government laws and company policies
- Ability to perform all essential job functions.
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to manage team staffing and development
- Knowledge of inventory and labor cost control
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.
Job Duties
- Prioritize, direct, and coordinate restaurant activities to strengthen brand position and maximize sales and profitability
- Cover 100% of shifts with capable Managers in Charge (MICs)
- Ensure adequate staffing of team members in all key positions
- Develop and implement succession plans for key roles including GM, AGM, SL, and TT
- Ensure fair and equal treatment of employees, conduct timely performance evaluations, and address employee concerns promptly
- Maintain strict compliance with applicable government laws and company policies
- Monitor and control inventory and labor costs through understanding KPIs
- Follow up daily on sales, cost of sales, and cost of labor variances
- Verify and sign off on weekly and period-end inventories and payroll for accuracy
- Coach management team on ordering, scheduling, daily cost awareness, and P&L analysis
- Drive year-over-year sales and profit growth
- Deliver attentive, hospitable, and quick customer service consistently
- Maintain high food quality and clean, sanitary environment at all times
- Uphold and communicate group and brand standards
- Maintain exterior and interior grounds and facilities, promptly correcting asset deficiencies
- Create a culture prioritizing safety, strictly enforcing safety policies and responding urgently to safety concerns
- Work a minimum 50-hour week with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned.
