Job Requirements

  • demonstrated leadership with at least five years in customer-facing sales
  • strong record of creating excellent customer experience
  • experience in managing teams, brands, operations, and financials
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • college degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • composure and positivity under pressure
  • exceptional communication and operational skills

  • familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • ability to lift or handle goods up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • oversee front- and back-house operations ensuring seamless workflows
  • implement top-notch merchandising and impeccable sanitation standards
  • co-create systems for cash management, food safety, inventory control, and team performance
  • lead human resources functions including staff training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention strategies
  • craft efficient staff schedules balancing operational needs and labor costs
  • collaborate on budgeting and financial planning
  • monitor waste reduction and train team members on quality and recipes
  • develop and maintain equipment reliability and security protocols
  • drive sales through consumer-value techniques like bundling and strategic merchandising
  • act as a brand ambassador sharing company story and vision
  • ensure POS systems operate smoothly
