- craft efficient staff schedules balancing operational needs and labor costs
- collaborate on budgeting and financial planning
- monitor waste reduction and train team members on quality and recipes
- develop and maintain equipment reliability and security protocols
- drive sales through consumer-value techniques like bundling and strategic merchandising
- act as a brand ambassador sharing company story and vision
- ensure POS systems operate smoothly
