Job Requirements

  • education level consistent with management roles
  • previous experience as a restaurant General Manager
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • experience in safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to manage and direct others
  • proficiency in analyzing financial statements
  • willingness to champion change and develop team members

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • proficiency in computer operations
  • ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • strong leadership and team development skills

  • create legendary experiences for guests
  • manage local restaurant marketing efforts
  • oversee Profit and Loss statement results
  • lead restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • supervise community connection and fundraising activities
