Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • experience in retail, finance, or service industries
  • operations leadership experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office
  • valid driver’s license and vehicle access
  • background check clearance
  • ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
  • associates degree or higher (preferred)
  • experience with check cashing, document verification, money order processing (preferred)
  • bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
  • coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
  • lead local marketing strategies and community engagement efforts
  • examine and process loan and pawn applications while assessing risk
  • enforce compliance with quality standards, procedures, and laws
  • supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention
  • conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff
  • participate in hiring and staff retention
  • develop work schedules and ensure optimal staffing
  • handle complex customer situations
  • maintain store appearance and coordinate facility maintenance
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain full-time presence including weekends
