Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4-6 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining leadership role
- ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol-serving restaurants
- physical capability to stand for entire shifts, walk long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands for handling tools and controls
- ability to bend, stoop, and communicate verbally
- capacity for close, distance, and peripheral vision with color perception
- capability to access all restaurant areas freely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work activities
- appraise performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- cultivate a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to promote success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and foster a hospitable environment
- communicate sales performance and plan corrective actions
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest/hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control cash procedures, inventory, food and labor costs
- conduct financial reviews and take appropriate actions
- manage P&L including food and labor cost control
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- execute all other duties as assigned
