Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 4-6 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining leadership role
  • ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol-serving restaurants
  • physical capability to stand for entire shifts, walk long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to use hands for handling tools and controls
  • ability to bend, stoop, and communicate verbally
  • capacity for close, distance, and peripheral vision with color perception
  • capability to access all restaurant areas freely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience required
  • 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work activities
  • appraise performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • cultivate a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members to promote success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and foster a hospitable environment
  • communicate sales performance and plan corrective actions
  • cascade corporate programs and initiatives
  • assist team members with duties as needed
  • champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest/hour
  • meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
  • enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
  • monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
  • control cash procedures, inventory, food and labor costs
  • conduct financial reviews and take appropriate actions
  • manage P&L including food and labor cost control
  • ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
  • execute all other duties as assigned
