Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- prior experience managing high volume quick service restaurant locations
- proven ability to lead teams and achieve business goals
- strong organizational and communication skills
- capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to support and coach department managers
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
- experience in hospitality or retail management is desirable
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
- proficiency in managing operational and financial aspects of a restaurant
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with senior leadership and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and support department managers by setting individual goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- hire and develop department and shift managers to build an effective leadership team
- ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and quality regulations
- manage staffing, scheduling, and performance management to maintain efficient operations
- foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and customer satisfaction
