Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- willingness to learn and master all restaurant positions before teaching others
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- strong coaching skills with the ability to provide effective feedback
- organized and deadline-oriented with a focus on driving results
- experience managing and leading large teams
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of inventory management and kitchen operations
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance
- coach and develop team members by providing effective feedback and fostering growth
- oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen operations to maintain quality and cost control
- build positive relationships with guests and team members to enhance customer experience
- manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays
- monitor and drive sales goals and performance metrics
- ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
