Job Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successfully pass a background check
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be Food Manager Certified and uphold all food safety guidelines
- Availability to work late nights and weekends
- Ability to work until 3 am as required by store hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Food manager certification
- Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage financial tasks including cost control and payroll
- Proficient in using POS systems and operational software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations including team management and performance evaluation
- Manage inventory and place orders for food and supplies
- Enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts while maintaining operational standards
- Handle guest complaints and ensure positive customer experiences
- Lead local store marketing initiatives and uphold brand standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, equipment, and security protocols
