Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- degree in hospitality or business preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- proven P&L management and experience with budgeting, labor, and cost control
- strong leadership and staff development skills
- excellent customer service and guest relations focus
- proficiency in scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and compliance with safety regulations
- ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and develop management team and hourly staff to deliver excellent hospitality
- oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift execution across all departments
- manage P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall financial performance
- drive guest satisfaction through strong service standards and problem resolution
- implement training programs to ensure consistency in service and operations
- maintain compliance with all safety, health, and employment regulations
- foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff retention
