Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • degree in hospitality or business preferred
  • 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • proven P&L management and experience with budgeting, labor, and cost control
  • strong leadership and staff development skills
  • excellent customer service and guest relations focus
  • proficiency in scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and compliance with safety regulations
  • ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop management team and hourly staff to deliver excellent hospitality
  • oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift execution across all departments
  • manage P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall financial performance
  • drive guest satisfaction through strong service standards and problem resolution
  • implement training programs to ensure consistency in service and operations
  • maintain compliance with all safety, health, and employment regulations
  • foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff retention
