Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • proficiency in business operations including P&L management
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience
  • manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing needs
  • hire, train, and develop a motivated team
  • maintain food safety standards and cleanliness
  • implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
  • monitor inventory and supplies
  • assist wherever needed to support daily operations
