Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proficiency in business operations including P&L management
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience
- manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing needs

- monitor inventory and supplies
- assist wherever needed to support daily operations
