Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and crew and manager work
- plan for success by leading and managing people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- train, coach, and motivate team members
- make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering and costs
- ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards of excellence
- maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards of excellence
