Job Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in hotel management
- Marriott experience preferred
- Ability to deliver outstanding financial results
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent customer service track record
- Proven sales and networking skills
- Experience in revenue management considered an advantage
