Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Marriott experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Experience in food and beverage operations
- Ability to develop and mentor staff
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sales and revenue management knowledge preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior general manager experience preferably with Marriott
- Prior food and beverage experience
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding financial results
- Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading teams
- Strong sales background and established networking skills
- Proven customer service track record
- Organized and detail oriented
- Revenue management experience preferred
