Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Experience in food and beverage operations
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sales and revenue management knowledge preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Prior general manager experience preferably with Marriott
  • Prior food and beverage experience
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding financial results
  • Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading teams
  • Strong sales background and established networking skills
  • Proven customer service track record
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Revenue management experience preferred
