Job Requirements

at least 18 years of age
proof of valid driver’s license
able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
2 or more years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more employees
available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
bilingual English/Spanish a plus

proven ability to lead and motivate teams
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

oversee daily restaurant operations
manage and mentor restaurant staff
ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
interact and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
manage inventory and supplies
assist in hiring and training new employees
support and enforce company policies and procedures
