Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar operation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of federal state and local laws applicable to restaurant operations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies procedures programs and systems
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following all company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a people excellence environment
  • Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain Wendy's quality standards and spirit in the restaurant
  • Develop team members skills and advance their careers
