Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar operation
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of federal state and local laws applicable to restaurant operations
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies procedures programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following all company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a people excellence environment
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain Wendy's quality standards and spirit in the restaurant
- Develop team members skills and advance their careers
