Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or retail management experience
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to maintain constant communication with team

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused service
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work environment
  • Develop and support team members through coaching, training, and accountability
  • Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and overall restaurant performance
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork among staff
  • Adapt and solve problems using open-minded and inclusive approaches
  • Perform any additional duties assigned
