Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing and moving for extended periods
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel between multiple restaurant locations if required
  • Ability to comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and vision to crew, shift supervisors, and assistant managers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met or exceeded each shift
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service in accordance with Wendy's brand
  • Manage daily operations and staff adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Lead training and development programs to advance team member skills
  • Foster a positive and productive "People Excellence" work environment
