Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
  • Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
  • Flexible availability based on business demands including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar food service leadership role
  • Previous experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor and scheduling
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure store operations comply with company policies and applicable laws
  • Maximize sales and profitability through execution of systems and processes
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Smile Servers
  • Manage profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • Ensure superior quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Maintain flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Communicate effectively with team and customers
