Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years in a leadership role in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial outcomes and direct reports
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work more than 50 hours per week
  • Ability to perform physical activities including bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, crawling
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Commitment to maintain safety standards
  • Occasional travel availability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years in a leadership role in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
  • Proven ability to manage financial outcomes and direct reports
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
  • Experience in employee development and succession planning
  • Knowledge of compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • Ability to maintain a high performance and accountable culture

Job Duties

  • Ensure restaurant achieves both financial commitments and guest satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a high energy attitude to motivate associates and satisfy guest needs
  • Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards
  • Recruit, interview, hire and conduct performance appraisals for associates
  • Responsible for development and succession planning for associates
  • Provide disciplinary action for associates and terminations, when applicable
  • Ensure direct reports perform all assigned job duties in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Ensure preparation and submission of all required paperwork, cash handling procedures are followed, restaurant assets are maintained and controlled, food/beverage and small wares inventories are controlled, compliance with all laws and company policies
  • Analyze systems, procedures and business trends, provide strategic guidance for development and improvement of all restaurant operations
  • Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe working behaviors for all associates
  • Other duties, as needed
