Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years in restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and handle tools

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Foster a culture of high employee engagement and satisfaction
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and excellent guest service
- Create a hospitable atmosphere encouraging optimal performance
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management and staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage equipment use and facility maintenance
- Perform all other assigned duties
