Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure execution of all company policies, procedures, and systems
  • Lead, interview, select, and train Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Create and maintain an environment of engaged employees
  • Communicate effectively with the store team
  • Achieve all restaurant objectives following company guidelines
