Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure execution of all company policies, procedures, and systems
- Lead, interview, select, and train Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Create and maintain an environment of engaged employees
- Communicate effectively with the store team
- Achieve all restaurant objectives following company guidelines
