Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage P&L and operational success
Willingness to work a 50-hour work week
Commitment to maintaining brand, health, and operational standards
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
