- college degree
- minimum five years experience in restaurant operations
- multi-unit management experience preferred
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations, accounting, and budgeting
- supervisory and organizational skills
- excellent communication and recruitment skills
- ability to work 50 hours per week

- knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
