Job Requirements

  • college degree
  • minimum five years experience in restaurant operations
  • multi-unit management experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of restaurant operations, accounting, and budgeting
  • supervisory and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and recruitment skills
  • ability to work 50 hours per week
  • flexibility to work different shifts
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to travel between locations
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
