- 1-3 years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Proficient in managing food costs and labor budgets
- Capable of handling multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am

Job Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations with ownership mindset
- Ensuring the store opens with the first bake ready at 4am
- Managing catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- Maintaining audit readiness and store cleanliness
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the day
- Leading and motivating the team during peak rush hours
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- Managing daily financial responsibilities including deposits
- Recruiting and developing quality team members
- Meeting food cost and labor targets
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
