Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management in a fitness, hospitality, or retail environment
  • experience in profit and loss management, revenue generation, staffing, recruiting, onboarding, retention, and development
  • bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, finance, or related field preferred but not necessary
  • child and adult AED/CPR certified
  • excellent business acumen including supervisory, leadership, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • proven negotiation skills
  • superior managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • highly organized with detail orientation and follow-up
  • ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and multi-task with urgency
  • demonstrated competence in business strategy implementation using sound judgment
  • excellent math skills for data analysis and profit and loss review
  • thorough understanding of company’s products and competitors
  • proven inventory and purchasing management skills
  • ability to create positive team culture adhering to brand standards
  • prior experience with CRM, LMS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office a plus
  • physical ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods, lift up to 20 pounds, navigate club areas, climb stairs, and bend and lift as needed

Job Duties

  • develop succession planning
  • source, interview, and qualify applicants
  • organize and supervise club team schedules
  • ensure facility and equipment walkthroughs are completed daily
  • adhere to company policies and procedures

  • drive revenue departments and minimize operating expenses
