Job Requirements
- Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to close the store at least once weekly
- Ability to attend corporate meetings and conferences with potential overnight and interstate travel
- Maintain valid identification for airline travel
- Frequent use of computer and phone
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, reach, twist frequently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Continuous physical mobility during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management experience
- Proven success in financial management including sales growth and expense control
- Experience in monitoring inventory, operational excellence, and merchandising
- Leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating teams
- Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use good judgment, adapt to change, and work under pressure
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control
- Leverage budgeting tools for store scheduling and productivity
- Address operational issues from financial reporting and audits
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos
- Stay informed on beauty industry trends and product knowledge
- Maintain consistent attendance and enforce store attendance policies
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent with a focus on diversity
- Address policy violations and administer corrective actions
- Build and engage a collaborative, inclusive team environment
- Lead manager and associate development through coaching and training
- Model open communication and align goals with company strategy
- Promote teamwork by working alongside management
- Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to enhance guest experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- Schedule staff appropriately to provide excellent service and reduce loss
- Use task management tools to prioritize and complete store work
- Protect company assets with strict adherence to standards
- Manage daily inventory control and theft reporting
- Support adoption of company initiatives and technology
- Communicate store performance trends and opportunities to leadership
