Job Requirements
- Ensure departments achieve or exceed guest service expectations
- Meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin for the hotel
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage timing of discretionary expenditures
- Analyze financial and operational information on an ongoing basis
- Ensure hotel staff are trained in financial control procedures
- Identify major revenue and expense opportunities
- Assist team leaders in meeting and exceeding guest service goals
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans
- Periodically inspect rooms, building exterior, and parking lot
- Manage human resources functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of principal competition for each market segment
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective problem-solving skills in workplace situations
- Ability to work well under stress
- Readily available and approachable for guests providing excellent service
- Valid driver's license

- Plan and supervise hotel operations to ensure smooth and profitable business running
- Resolve conflicts and guide team towards achievement of new goals
- Provide business reports and communicate with corporate office
