Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Proven success in full-service hotel management
- Experience with Marriott brand standards preferred
- Multi-phase renovation or repositioning project experience

Job Duties
- Lead the pre-opening and repositioning strategy of Sheraton Memphis Downtown
- Partner with ownership, Marriott brand teams, and renovation partners during all project phases
- Champion the guest journey to reflect Marriott's elevated brand promise
- Navigate the property’s transition during active construction while maintaining service levels
- Build and develop a high-performance leadership team focused on operational excellence
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, guest-centricity, and continuous improvement
- Drive commercial performance through revenue management, marketing, and sales strategy
- Strengthen the hotel’s visibility and relationships within the community
- Serve as the property ambassador representing the hotel confidently
- Provide strong financial leadership throughout renovation and fluctuating business dynamics
- Deliver on brand standards, owner expectations, and renovation milestones with accountability
