Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in water damage mitigation or related industry
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and operations management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
  • Proficiency in project management and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow including managing field crews equipment and resources
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of skilled technicians and office staff to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer concerns promptly
  • Manage projects from start to finish ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed providing a safe working environment for all team members
  • Oversee inventory control and procurement to optimize resources and minimize waste
  • Monitor and manage budgets financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
